Abstract

It analyzes the concept of trust in different theoretical approaches of scientists from the spheres of philosophy, psychology and sociology. Actuality caused by the fact that confidence is one of the major social and psychological categories. It is essential to the process of learning and analyzing individual reality. Attention is paid to local researchers who are studying the problem of trust. The displayed etymology and genesis of the concept of «trust», selected components of trust disclosed mentioned subject and object of trust, singled function. Sections deals with the structure of trust and open three axioms legal consciousness, where trust is the basic construct. It emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of this concept. It is proved that the objective characteristics of such a social phenomenon as trust requires a broader analysis involving theoretical developments in various humanitarian fields.
