Abstract

The article deals with abridged lecture «The theoretical basis of social partnership» in the context of the exchange of experience teaching discipline «Social partnership in social work» in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Social partnership is a method of harmonizing the various socio-group interests and the regulation of conflicts between them. The basis of social partnership is the principle of cooperation between employers and employees. The method of solving social conflicts within the social partnership is a compromise, reconciling the interests of employers and employees through peaceful negotiations and mutual concessions. Social partnership is a manifestation of social peace and the means to achieve it.
