The Material Providing of the Process of Social Inclusion of Senior Age Group in the Ukrainian Society

Abstract

The material providing of the process of social inclusion of senior age group in the Ukrainian society are analyzed in this paper. Material providing is considered as the appropriate level of family income and as absence of material problems. Material providing is studied in the context of labor participation and level of material support. The study analyzes the results of the economic manifestations of social inclusion in the context of an adequate level of material well-being. It proves the similarity of Poland and Ukraine in this issue, stressing that both countries are characterized by low scores of indicators for the older age group. And also reveals the dependence of the fact that such estimates are driven by many objective and subjective reasons. An empirical analysis performed on European Social Survey data, fifth wave.
