Abstract

The authors inform about the sociological investigation, the aim of which was the assessment of the quality of teacher training in Nizhyn Gogol State University. The article deals with the combination of methods of using questionnaires and focus groups during surveys of opinions of graduates and their employers. The results of the investigation are analyzed and further field of research, related to the study of educational services quality, is identified.
