Концептуалізація моделей адаптації сучасних мігрантів з України в Ізраїлі

Анотація

У статті розглянуто концептуалізацію соціологічного конструкту адаптації мігрантів на основі теорії етнічної стратифікації та концепції дворівневого виміру адаптації – виміру ціннісних орієнтацій та соціальної інклюзії в рамках емпіричного дослідження щодо адаптаційних стратегій сучасних мігрантів з України в Ізраїлі. Залежно від рівня соціальної інклюзії й ціннісних орієнтацій мігрантів щодо їх етнічної приналежності, що характерно саме для мігрантів з України в Ізраїлі, виявлено п’ять можливих адаптаційних моделей мігрантів: асиміляції, ціннісної інтеграції, інклюзивної інтеграції, мультикультуралізму та сегрегації, – кожна з яких притаманна певним категоріям мігрантів з України в Ізраїлі. Модель асиміляції поширена серед релігійних мігрантів-юдеїв. Моделі мультикультуралізму та ціннісної інтеграції розповсюджені серед світських мігрантів-юдеїв. Моделі сегрегації й інклюзивної інтеграції притаманні категорії мігрантів-неюдеїв.
