Дослідження життя соло у країнах Північної та Південної Європи

Анотація

У статті розглянуто феномен життя соло, який набуває популярності по всьому світу й соціокультурній специфіці якого приділено не так багато уваги, хоча суттєвий вплив останньої на формування стилю життя є безсумнівним. Проведено аналіз дослі­джень життя соло в Північній та Південній Європі з огляду на те, що для країн Північної Європи характерний більший прояв цінностей самовираження, і враховуючи, що за релігійним спрямуванням Південна Європа видається більш католицькою. За результатами аналізу зроблено висновок, що, попри те, що кількість людей, які обирають проживання соло, різниться по всій Європі, особливий контраст відчувається між Півднем і Північчю Європи. Такий конт­раст спричинений декількома факторами: економічна стабільність на Півночі значно вища й люди можуть дозволити собі проживання наодинці. Контраст також є між вкоріненням сімейної традиції в суспільствах: у суспільствах Півдня завдяки католицькій традиції сім’я посідає перше місце та норми й цінності зберігаються для поколінь і досі.
